WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Everything we sell is proudly American-made!

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST

All orders over $25 ship at no cost. All orders ship via USPS.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Unless an item needs to be restocked, as soon as an order is placed in our online store, it's queued up with our vendor to ship. Most items ship out within 1 business day, some items that are made-to-order will go out within 3-5 days maximum. 

Because of the impact Covid has had on the supply chain and on the Postal Service, delivery times once an item leaves our vendor can sometimes stretch to 10-14 days. We appreciate your patience. If you have not received your order after 14 business days, please send us a note through the Gear Store Contact Form  - be sure to include your full order number and let us know what’s missing.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT'S PLACED?

As soon as an order is placed in our online store it's queued up with our vendor to ship. With this in mind, we regret that we cannot make updates to or cancel your order once it has been placed. 

HOW DO I MAKE A PRODUCT SUGGESTION?

If you emailed us with a product suggestion, rest assured we have received it and will take it under advisement! Because we only source products that are Made in the USA, we are not always able to procure everything we'd like to offer, but we're always working on finding more unique and fun items!

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns.

In some cases we are able to accept exchanges. If you need an exchange please contact us via the Gear Store Contact Form. We will request proof of purchase and email you a return approval.
